Powder Coating Shop Labour
Reporting to the company’s Powder Coating Supervisor and General Manager of Operations, the Powder Coating Labourer will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Preparing in-house manufactured aluminum products for powder-coating
- Grinding
- Sanding
- Drilling
- Washing products with Hydrofluoric agent
- Overhead Gantry operations
- Forklift operations
- Pressure Washing
- Loading and unloading materials
- General shop and yard cleanup
- Applying Powder coating finish
- Cleaning spray booth
- Oven operations
- Assembling products for job completion
- Assisting loading and unloading materials such as glass/aluminum
- Report safety concerns, problems,mistakes to Supervisor, Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist and provide support to team members in all departments when help is required
